  Hello,
  
  I am interested in this dress and I have a few questions:
  - I don't know which size to choose as here are my measurements (in cm)
  Bust girth: 87
  Waist girth: 75
  Hip girth: 111
  Under bust: 78
  Corset length (measured from under arm to waist, not sure it is exactly correct for this dress as on the picture, it looks like the corset ends a bit below the waist)
  Corset length: 20
  Dress length: 126 (measured with shoes on. Should I add the 4-5cm needed for puffy skirts?)
  Shoulder length: 15
  Shoulder girth: 28
  
  This mixes 3 different standard sizes...
  Should I actually have the dress made to my size?
  
  - If I have the dress made to my size, can I still return it if it does not fit?
  
  - I live in France, do you know roughly how long the parcel transit lasts from Ukraine to France?
